ABOUT OUR LOCATION
Casino boss Frank "Lefty" Rosenthal lived in this house from 1970 until the early 1980s. He was played by Robert De Niro in Martin Scorsese's Casino, which was inspired by Rosenthal's life. According to his son, the house caught fire in the late '70s and was almost completely rebuilt as a custom home with Stephan Chase designing the interior. The three-bedroom, 3200-square-foot house sits off the 15th tee of the Las Vegas Country Club and had sophisticated surveillance equipment for its time, including a panel of monitors in the master bedroom that enabled Rosenthal to see various parts of the property and areas of the Stardust hotel on closed-circuit televisions. Las Vegas-based photographer Jeff Green puchased the home in 2003 with much of the original interior intact, including the bar, wallpaper, gold-plated faucets and custom artwork made specifically for the home.
