PHOTOGRAPHED AT THE BONEYARD: Since 1996, the Neon Museum has been refurbishing and displaying some of the glitzy signage of our city's past along downtown's Fremont Street. In addition to these outdoor galleries, the Museum houses a collection of non-restored pieces on a three-acre site dubbed the "Boneyard." These kitschy moments of Las Vegas history, dating back to the 1940s, have been donated or loaned by individuals, businesses and sign companies and include such iconic images as the silver slipper, Binion's horseshoe and the Aladdin's lamp.
